All trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names are proprietary to John Hardy or other respective owners that have granted the Site the right and license to use such intellectual property. All content and materials on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are owned, controlled or licensed by Norwa Jewelry. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such property and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners’ rights. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The information, services, products offered for sale and materials contained in and/or advertised on the Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics and links, are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information, services, products and materials, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance are disclaimed. In addition, the company and its suppliers do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the Site is accurate, complete or current. We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to change any information including Conditions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Site
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
In no event shall Norwa Jewelry be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if Norwa Jewelry has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action, under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the information, services, products and materials available from the Site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose or the existence of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. Norwa Jewelry will not be liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We try our very best to ensure that our prices are consistent throughout our website, catalogues and stores. However, we may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. All of our prices are in Baht. If your purchases are made from overseas, currency fluctuations and credit card charges causes differences in the amount billed in your credit card. Please note that prices in all printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer an exchange in the form of a Norwa merchandise credit. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging.
It usually takes 7-15 business days for the refund to be posted on your account. If you have any questions please contact us via and we will do our best to help you.
ORDER & PAYMENT
Available items can be shipped within 3-5 days after you completed your purchase. Preorders normally will be available 15-30 business days. Your purchase will be completed once we receive full payment. Please review your order carefully before submission as it cannot be modified once submitted. You can make a payment via Paypal (including Credit Card), Money Transfer, and Bank Deposit. Once you choose to pay via Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal secure page and follow the process there. On the page, you can select to make payment by Paypal or credit cards.
Once you have made the order with us, the transfer instruction will be sent to you via email.

We reserve the right to cancel and delete the order if we do not receive the payment within 3 days after you place the order.
Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Order process usually takes 1 - 14 working days subject to stock availability. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include order-processing times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number, if available. You can check the status of your delivery at anytime through tracking page of the respective couriers.

TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will be charged on top of the delivery charges once the parcel has reached the destination country. Please note that costs are subject to weight and distance.
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reached your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basic, meaning the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Our online deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to Post Offices (P.O.) Boxes.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided in your order for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accurate. We will not be able to modify orders once the parcel(s) has been dispatched. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery for whatever reasons, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Norwa Jewelry is not responsible for direct or indirect losses which occur and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to: loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings. We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under these terms arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.
